This Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations or refunds may be provided by Srinivas Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a payment for any of our services, you (“client”, “you”, “your”) agree to the conditions below.
1. Overview
All payments made to Srinivas Digital are for time, effort, planning, technical setup, and service execution. Since our services involve significant manual work, research, and optimization, refunds are limited and apply only under specific conditions.
2. Digital Marketing, SEO & Monthly Retainer Services
- Payments made for SEO, Social Media Management, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Performance Marketing, YouTube Ads, and monthly retainers are strictly non-refundable.
- If a client stops or discontinues the service mid-month or before the end of the agreed period, no refund will be provided.
- If we fail to deliver committed service or make an internal mistake from our end:
- We will extend the service period at no additional cost, or
- Provide additional days of service as compensation.
- Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
3. Exception Cases (New Addition)
In exceptional situations where Srinivas Digital is genuinely unable to deliver the service due to internal issues, operational challenges, or unavoidable circumstances, we may offer a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.
Such refunds are handled case-by-case, after internal assessment and documentation.
4. Website Design & Development Services
Refund eligibility for website designing and development is based on work status:
4.1 When Refunds Are Allowed
- A full refund may be provided only if the work has not started.
- If we have not begun any designing, planning, layout creation, development, or internal task — refund can be processed.
4.2 When Refunds Are NOT Allowed
- Once any part of the work has started (planning, layout, research, wireframe, design, or development), no refund will be provided, as the team’s time and effort has already been used.
- If the client decides to stop or cancel the project after work begins, the payment becomes non-refundable.
5. Hosting, Domain & Third-Party Services
- Payments made for domain registration, hosting, plugins, themes, email services, or tools purchased from third parties are non-refundable, as they follow the provider’s policies.
- Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads are governed by their terms. Srinivas Digital has no control over refunds issued or denied by these platforms.
6. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund (in applicable cases), clients must:
- Email us at info@srinivasdigital.com,
- Provide the project name, payment proof, and reason for the refund request, and
- Allow up to 15 business days for the evaluation and refund process.
7. Policy Updates
Srinivas Digital reserves the right to revise this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.
Updates will apply to all new payments made after the updated policy is published.
8. Acceptance
By making a payment to Srinivas Digital, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
