2. Services Offered
- Srinivas Digital provides digital marketing, SEO, social media management, performance advertising, website design and development, hosting, and related services.
- The exact scope of services will be as described in the proposal or contract provided to the client before work begins.
3. Payment Terms
- All services are billed in advance. For monthly or ongoing services, payment must be received before work begins.
- The first month’s invoice may include a non-refundable setup fee covering analytics setup, account review, keyword research, on-page SEO, initial planning, or other onboarding tasks.
- By making payment, you acknowledge and accept our Payment & Refund terms (see separate Cancellation & Refund Policy).
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information, timely access to required accounts (e.g. analytics, advertising), content, and approvals.
- Delays in providing inputs may impact timelines.
- Clients must ensure content provided does not violate copyright, intellectual property, or applicable laws/regulations.
5. Service Delivery & Timeline
- We will strive to deliver services per agreed schedule. However, timelines are estimates — actual delivery may depend on factors beyond our control (client approvals, third-party platforms, technical issues, etc.).
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms or issues beyond our control.
6. Revisions, Additional Requests & Scope Changes
- Revisions will be accommodated as defined in the contract or proposal.
- Additional work or requests outside the agreed scope will attract separate charges and will not be covered by the original payment.
7. Intellectual Property & Ownership
- All content, designs, code, strategies, and deliverables created by Srinivas Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, we grant the client a license to use the deliverables for their purposes. Reuse, resale, or transfer to third parties is prohibited without our written consent.
8. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged (e.g. business data, account login credentials, strategies, reports).
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Srinivas Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including lost business, lost profits, or loss due to third-party platform issues.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the particular service cycle.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate service with notice in writing as per the contract.
- Termination does not entitle the client to any refund, unless the refund policy (on Refund page) explicitly allows it.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India.
- In case of disputes, parties will attempt resolution in good faith.
12. Amendments
- Srinivas Digital may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website. Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the new Terms.
